★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 15 anni di regolare manutenzione al mio impianto antifurto Elkron chiedo di rinviare un appuntamento, preso per errore da mia moglie, per poter parlare di sostituzione impianto con uno più moderno per la fibra ottica e mi viene detto che non sono gradito come cliente perché su di me ci si guadagna poco. Il tutto perché avevo già rinviato un altro appuntamento ad aprile.Il titolare mi dice di chiamarlo quando avrò bisogno veramente. Essere preso come un ciarlatano sinceramente mi ha dato fastidio e quindi ho cambiato fornitore.
After 15 years of regular maintenance on my Elkron burglar alarm system, I ask to postpone an appointment, taken by mistake by my wife, to be able to talk about replacing the system with a more modern one for optical fiber and I am told that I am not welcome as a customer because on there is little money to be gained from me. All because I had already postponed another appointment to April, the owner tells me to call him when I really need it. Being taken as a charlatan honestly bothered me and so I switched suppliers.
