Ho comprato qui le stoffe x il mio abito. Personale competente, sa consigliare, anche se io non ne avevo bisogno dal momenro che mia madre è sarta, in più ci sono molte riviste x le indecise.... Pulizia discreta, prezzi giusti. È normale che le stoffe pregiate costino care! Store structured on 2 floors. Lots of choice of quality fabrics. Professionals in the sector. The upper floor is dedicated to fabrics for wedding dresses. I bought the fabrics for my dress here. Competent staff, knows how to advise, even if I didn't need it since my mother was a seamstress, plus there are many magazines for the undecided ones .... Discreet cleaning, fair prices. It is normal for fine fabrics to be expensive!

Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a girare intorno a questi punti. Non siamo comunque soddisfatti di questo comportamento da parte dello staff. I bought the fabric for a light-colored coat and after asking in the shop to check that there were no flaws and having received an answer that I had already checked, when we got home we found color flakes on the fabric. Fortunately, we managed to get around these points. However, we are not satisfied with this behavior on the part of the staff.

S	Sabrina X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daniela mi ha inviato un plaid tutto fallato, dopo che lo avevo ordinato al telefono, L’ho richiamata e si è scusata e mi ha spinto a comprane un altro più caro di 30€, facendosele pagare prima di rinviarmelo. Dicendomi che era anche più morbido del primo. Invece era un baby alpaca misto lana duro, altre che morbidissimo. Facendomi perdere un sacco di tempo e dopo 20 giorni ero senza regalo per la mia amica! E attendi la ricezione dei 2 pacchi e rimpacchetta l’altro e rispediscilo!!! E poi si è tenuta 20€ per una spedizione ed un ritiro che secondo lei dovevo pagare io! No comment! E poi ci si chiede perché si opta sempre per Amazon. Non si perde tempo e ti restituiscono tutti i tuoi soldi. Soprattutto perché qui non sono stata io a cambiare idea. 20€! Una vera baronata! E faceva tanto la gentile. Daniela sent me a completely flawed blanket, after I had ordered it over the phone. I called her back and apologized and pushed me to buy another one more expensive than € 30, making me pay for it before sending it back to me. Telling me it was even softer than the first. Instead it was a hard wool blend baby alpaca, other than very soft. Wasting a lot of time and after 20 days I was without a present for my friend! And wait for the 2 packages to be received and repack the other and send it back !!! And then 20 € was held for a shipment and a collection that she thought I had to pay! No comment! And then we wonder why we always opt for Amazon. No time is wasted and all your money is returned to you. Especially since I didn't change my mind here. 20 €! A real baronage! And he was so nice.
