Non mi è MAI STATA RESTITUITA. Dopo mesi, hanno continuato a riferire che fosse ancora in riparazione. Ora siamo arrivati nell'ordine degli ANNI di attesa. Servizio inaccettabile. Non comprerò mai più nulla da questo negozio.
I took my pen to be repaired under warranty (graduation gift I was very fond of, they did not give me any receipt of taking charge, my mistake not to insist). IT HAS NEVER BEEN RETURNED. After months, they continued to report that it was still under repair. Now we have arrived in the order of YEARS of waiting. Unacceptable service. I will never buy anything from this shop again.
