Razzismo a livello inaudito (io e la mia amica in sedia a rotelle, disabili al cento per cento e già spossati da una giornata in cui cercavamo di progettare un viaggio da questa Cremona sempre respingente e mai attrezzata, siamo stati trattati con evidente disprezzo oltre che lasciati alla porta). Una stella perché non se ne possono dare 0. Una vergogna non solo per le agenzie di viaggio, ma per l'intera umanità.
Unacceptable and non-existent service. Absolute rudeness and rudeness. Racism on an unprecedented level (my friend and I in a wheelchair, one hundred percent disabled and already exhausted from a day in which we were trying to plan a trip from this always repulsive and never equipped Cremona, we were treated with evident contempt as well as left at the door). A star because 0 can not be given. A shame not only for travel agencies, but for the whole of humanity.
