f	fabio chiodelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si viene a Cremona ci sono almeno due cose tra quelle salate che non bisognerebbe lasciarsi scappare: il salame cremonese, con o senza aglio dipende dai gusti ed i marubini ripieni di carne, una versione locale di ravioli, da gustarsi rigorosamente in brodo (non di dado!!). E in questa latteria salumeria li si trova al massimo della loro espressione. Salame marchio Santini e marubini fatti in casa insieme alle leccornie tipiche della latteria fanno di questo posto un ottimo compromesso tra qualitá e prezzo. Se ci si aggiunge la cortesia del servizio il gioco è fatto. When you come to Cremona there are at least two things among the savory ones that you shouldn't miss: the Cremona salami, with or without garlic depends on the tastes and the meat stuffed marubini, a local version of ravioli, to be enjoyed strictly in broth (not of nut !!). And in this dairy delicatessen they are at their best. Santini brand salami and homemade marubini together with the typical delicacies of the dairy make this place an excellent compromise between quality and price.
