Post-vendita pietoso, chiamo ieri perché ho una porta-finestra che dopo neanche quattro anni non mi si chiude più, spiegando che ormai sono più di tre giorni che in sala non la posso chiudere ed ho un bimbo di tre mesi. Risposta...non rientra nella garanzia e la doveva manutenzionare (cosa non precisata in fase di installazione) mi promette però che, data la situazione, mi farà richiamare dal tecnico. Dopo più di 24 ore spariti nel nulla e io cinque giorni con mio figlio al freddo. Grazie di cuore.

Pitiful after-sales service, I call yesterday because I have a French door that does not close again after less than four years, explaining that I have not been able to close it in the dining room for more than three days and I have a three-month-old baby. Answer ... it is not covered by the warranty and it had to be maintained (which was not specified during the installation phase), however, he promises me that, given the situation, he will have the technician call me back. After more than 24 hours disappeared into thin air and I five days with my son in the cold. Thank you with all my heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il post-vendita della G.Emme Serramenti non è solo pietoso ma inesistente. Ignorano completamente il significato delle seguenti parole: assistenza al cliente - garanzia - professionalità - buona educazione.
Il cliente, che ha un problema da risolvere riguardante i serramenti da loro forniti (come è accaduto a me e non una volta sola), viene totalmente ignorato e abbandonato a sé stesso.

The post-sales of G.Emme Serramenti is not only pitiful but non-existent. They completely ignore the meaning of the following words: customer service - guarantee - professionalism - good manners.
The customer, who has a problem to solve regarding the doors and windows supplied by them (as it happened to me and not just once), is totally ignored and left to himself.
Not recommended !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe stata una recensione a 5 stelle se non fosse stato per il ritardo nel montaggio, dovuti anche alle restrizioni COVID. Per il resto sono soddisfatto in primis della cortesia di Massimo e Fabiana che gestiscono il negozio, soddisfatto anche dei prodotti che commercializzano. A parte qualche piccola imperfezione nel montaggio dei serramenti, che mi verrà risolta quanto prima, sono molto contento del risultato finale.
It would have been a 5-star review if it weren't for the delay in assembly, also due to COVID restrictions. For the rest I am satisfied first of all with the courtesy of Massimo and Fabiana who manage the shop, also satisfied with the products they sell. Apart from a few small imperfections in the assembly of the windows, which will be resolved as soon as possible, I am very happy with the final result.

Anche la posa in opera sì e' confermata molto precisa e pulita. Mi sono ritrovata a contattarli per la registrazione di due serramenti e sono intervenuti risolvendomi il problema. Consiglierò sicuramente questa rivendita.
