★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo è dir poco. Sono 5 mesi che stiamo aspettando la sostituzione di un pezzo (arrivato rotto ). Non solo ce ne ha fatto recapitare un altro sbagliato (in quanto non montabile nel nostro specchio e nonostante glie lo avessimo fatto notare più volte con il tecnico che ci segue, quindi questo denota anche saccenza e ignoranza). Oggi ci ha dato un appuntamento perchè miracolosamente il prodotto in sostituzione è arrivato e doveva venire a montarcelo. Non si è presentato all'appuntamento nè si è degnato di chiamarci.
Atteggiamento imbarazzante, pessima cura verso il cliente , DA EVITARE (i soldi nel frattempo li ha presi e li ha messi in tasca).
Bad is an understatement. We have been waiting for the replacement of a piece for 5 months (arrived broken). Not only did he send us another wrong one (as it cannot be mounted in our mirror and despite the fact that we had pointed this out to him several times with the technician who follows us, so this also denotes knowledge and ignorance). Today he gave us an appointment because miraculously the replacement product arrived and had to come and assemble it. He did not show up for the appointment nor did he deign to call us.
Embarrassing attitude, bad customer care, TO AVOID (he took the money in the meantime and put it in his pocket).
