Ho effettuato un ordine online presso questo negozio e appena arrivato il pacco , lo apro , e scopro che mi sono state inviate delle scarpe con un buco.
Al che provo ad avvertirli immediatamente, tramite un messaggio Whatsapp al numero fornito dal Sito Web, di questa situazione, e non ricevo nessuna risposta.
Dopo giorni provo ad attivare autonomamente la procedura di reso mandando una email, ma nessuna risposta.
Provo a contattarli sul profilo Instagram, ed anche li nessuna risposta.
Insomma “Oltre il Danno anche la Beffa”
If I could I would have given ZERO Stars.
I placed an order online at this shop and as soon as the package arrived, I open it, and find that I have been sent shoes with a hole.
To which I try to notify them immediately, via a Whatsapp message to the number provided by the Website, of this situation, and I do not receive any response.
After days I try to activate the return procedure by myself by sending an email, but no reply.
I try to contact them on the Instagram profile, and there too no response.
In short, "Beyond the damage also the mockery"
