★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry, H&M but you totally lost point, today. Your store in Via Toledo, Naples has the worst customer service ever. Cashier was really uptight and after paying for our merchandise, we asked her for the bathroom. She couldn't find any other excuse but saying that the store bathroom was "broken". Please, don't tell me that she worked all her shift without taking a bathroom break. Plus, another cashier charged my friend twice for the one item purchased. He understood that she was not speaking italian and totally took advantage of it.

Supposedly closes at 21.00
I get there at 20.35 (not even to browse, I knew what I wanted) but won't even get let in. Full stop for anyone at the door. Should say closes at 20.00 or 20.30, whatever time they will letting ppl in.
Shitalians, never keen to work EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. We entered the store about 20 minutes before it's closing time, and the employees from the 1st floor asked us to leave because they were closing. I asked to get some pices of underwear to my wife very quickly, but they refused to let us in.
