★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we were in Naples for our holiday and we went to this outlet and I had bought some clothes and paid with my direct debit card and after I had chosen a few more items and when I went to paid again with the same debit card it was rejected for some unknown reason but I knew I was well financed as I wouldn't be away on a holiday if I weren't in the first place. But the man at the till was so rude that he actually blurted out that I haven't money in the bank! In Italian would be 'non c'e la soldi nel banco'! And that wasn't a nice thing to say in front of the people behind me and they are my witness to this employee's arrogance! I had a word with the security but I ain't sure what transpired after but this employee should have better sense before speaking to his customers!
