★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato su ebay mi hanno spedito il pacco tramite un corriere pessimo, contattare il corriere è pressoché impossibile non rispondono al telefono e se rispondono ti rimbalzano ad altri colleghi senza avere una risposta, ho provato a contattare il venditore via WhatsApp e accennando il problema magari potevano darmi una mano invece non mi hanno neanche risposto.... comprate da un'altra parte!!!
Ma come si fa a rispondere dopo 6 mesi e scrivere che avete sollecitato il corriere e la merce è stata consegnata, se non è arrivato mai niente e me ne sono fatto una ragione non sono quelle poche decine di euro che mi cambiano la vita ma almeno scrivendo la mia recensione qualche altro cliente avrà la mia stessa sorte!
I ordered on ebay they sent me the package via a bad courier, contacting the courier is almost impossible they do not answer the phone and if they answer they bounce you to other colleagues without having an answer, I tried to contact the seller via WhatsApp and mentioning the problem maybe they could give me a hand but they didn't even answer me .... buy somewhere else !!!
But how do you answer after 6 months and write that you have requested the courier and the goods have been delivered, if nothing has ever arrived and I have made up my mind, it is not those few tens of euros that change my life but at least writing my review some other customers will have the same fate as me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un tapis roulant che non risponde a quello promesso nelle specifiche , lo prendono indietro anche se mettersi in contatto è stato molto faticoso e spesso nessuno mi ha risposto al telefono.
Il tapis roulant non corrispondeva a quello per cui era stato venduto . Non c'era scritto che poteva andare nettamente più piano di quello specificato dalle specifiche tecniche ( + del 10%). Cosa significa :"
Abbiamo provato a fornirti assistente, ma senza ottenere una tua fattiva collaborazione".
Mi è stato detto che non era riparabile e non c'era niente da fare , lo potevo solo restituire.
Ho fatto diverse prove con strumenti di altissimo livello e vi ho mandato i video x documentare il difetto . Direi che ho fatto abbastanza . Se nel titolo ci fosse stato specificato che invece di 16km andava a 13.8 non lo avrei comprato e vi avrei dato ragione.
Cmq
Dopo varie difficoltà dovute anche ai corrieri che non ritirano l'oggetto, il tapis roulant è stato effettivamente ritirato e promesso il rimborso . Attendo che avvenga . Tengo cmq precisare che il problema è stato riscontrato prima del termine dei 30 giorni per la restituzione e mi era stato scritto che avrei avuto più tempo per restituirlo . Tutto è scritto. Per questo confermo la disponibilità del venditore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perchè il Vs. corriere (fra l'altro pessimo) ha scritto nel tracking che la cpnsegna non è stata potuta essere fatta per indirizzo incompleto o errato. Vi prego voler intervenire. Ho bisogno di quanto acquistato.
Because your courier (among other things very bad) wrote in the tracking that the cpnsegna could not be made due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Please want to intervene. I need what I bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa 6 mesi fa ho acquistato un ammortizzatore per la mia Range Rover. A distanza di quasi 6 mesi è emerso un problema che ho condiviso con il Sig. Alberto. Dopo 2 ore dall'invio di quanto richiesto mi è stata confermata la sostituzione in garanzia del pezzo. Sono passate nemmeno 36 ore ed il corriere mi ha consegnato il pezzo in sostituzione. Questa, a casa mia, si chiama serietà, onestà e professionalità! Si sono anche offerti di pagare il costo per la restituzione del pezzo difettoso.
About 6 months ago I bought a shock absorber for my Range Rover. After almost 6 months, a problem emerged that I shared with Mr. Alberto. After 2 hours from sending the request, the replacement under warranty of the piece was confirmed. Not even 36 hours have passed and the courier gave me the replacement part. This, in my house, is called seriousness, honesty and professionalism! They also offered to pay the cost of returning the defective part.
