★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per avere un preventivo, prendono i miei riferimenti e mi dicono che sarò richiamata da "Francesca". Passano 3 giorni richiamo io chiedendo della Signora Francesca che gestisce la telefonata in maniera sgarbata e poco professionale.
Se il personale di Fiore tratta i clienti così inutile perdere tempo: non gli ho fatto fare più nemmeno il preventivo!
I call to get a quote, they take my references and tell me that I will be called by "Francesca". Three days pass, I ask for Mrs Francesca who handles the call in a rude and unprofessional way.
If the staff of Fiore treats customers so useless wasting time: I didn't let them do even the quote anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un trasloco ,igli operai sono arrivati sprovvisti di materiale per il trasloco perché la signora Francesca non gli aveva avvisati..in più avevano sbagliato etichetta da attaccare nei parchi sempre la signora Francesca .perc carità i ragazzi sono stati bravissi ed educati..hanno dovuto comprare gli attrezzi per smontare TV e e altri elettrodomestici ,.poi che succede arrivano i pacchi aperti biancheria sporca com'è caduta eppoi rimessa in altri pachi ,un mobiletto rotto ,lavatrice rotta,forno ammaccato.che dire pessima dita .mi dispiace.da sconsigliarequando gli ho detto dell' accaduto non mi hanno nemmeno rimborsato eppure ho inviato le foto..che schifoooo
I moved, the workers arrived without any material for the move because Mrs Francesca had not warned them .. plus they had the wrong label to stick in the parks, Mrs Francesca always. they had to buy the tools to disassemble TVs and other appliances,. Then what happens come the open packages dirty linen as it fell and then put it back in other packages, a broken cabinet, broken washing machine, dented oven. what to say bad fingers. I'm sorry. not to be advised when I told them what happened they didn't even refund me and yet I sent the photos .. what a crap
