J	Josh L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waitress was friendly but that's the only positive thing I can say. The food was terrible and I'm not sure how that's possible with pasta, in Italy. I chose carbonara, it was luminous yellow, sloppy with no bacon. No parmesan was provided. The house white wine measures seemed small and the flavour was disappointing. A cover charge was added to the bill, but unlike other restaurants, bread nor water was provided. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Check my other Google reviews to see that this is genuine.
r	robert 42 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid! Had a bottled beer (4.50 euros!) and and campari spritz and they charged us 8 euros for it. And this is without any nibbles Italians typucally provide with their drinks. I questioned 8 euro price but the owner said it was going rate in Florence. I don't think so! Nearby, there are plenty of nicer places that serves nibbles and charge only 4 or 5 euros. What really bothers me is that they think they can get away with it. Yes, they may able to get away with it short-term but they are shooting themselves on the foot long term. We are in Lucca for 1 month and it is the closest bar near us but you can be assured that we will never go back.

E	Elektra Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here for lunch. The food was tasty but the portions were little- 6 pieces of the black squid pasta was 13€, 8 pieces of ravioli 13€. At the end, we noticed a 3€ customer charge had been added for each person, two of whom were children, bringing the bill to 82€ for 4 people (3 plates of pasta, 1 bowl of salad, 3 soft drinks, 1 lager and 2 espressos). It was a lovely spot to sit and the waitress was very nice, but compared to other similar restaurants it wasn't worth the price and I was still hungry when we left.

Low quality of products (spaghetti maybe in microwave, cold and not fully cooked), too expensive for the amount and the quality of the food and we also payed 12€ (3€ for each person)for the forks and knives and without bread. Awful! Not recommended. If I could give a zero star, I would give it. Only the woman who was on the service was kind.
A	Anne Gabl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad price/quality ratio. For the cuperto they don’t even bring bread and the size of the pasta is literally one spoon full for 14 euros. And then it’s not even good. Should have checked out the ratings. Bad service.
N	Nicolas Haller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the food is maximum average quality and taste for a very high price. The pasta tastes (and most likely is) like microwave food. The pizza dough is definitely a frozen pizza dough and was not completely cooked when it came out of the oven. I cannot recommend anybody to eat there but at least the staff was friendly until I told them that it was very expensive for what the quality was like. 2x Couperto 6€ 2x Wine 10€ 1x Tortellini with Prosciutto and Cream sauce 14€ 1x Pizza Salami 11€ Total cost for this disappointment: 41€ Not acceptable at all.
