Di certo troverò qualcun altro per svolgere il lavoro, ma resta il rammarico per essere stata trattata con supponenza per delle semplici domande da cliente potenziale. After calling for information on cleaning a chimney, as an "ignorant" (it is not my field, I have never had the need for similar interventions) I feel rude answers. I will certainly find someone else to do the job, but the regret remains for having been treated with arrogance for simple questions from potential customers.

Tiziano (presumo il titolare) e accordatomi per pulizia canna fumaria e stufa, pone le sue condizioni, anche economiche, che accetto, e gli invio l'indirizzo di casa specificando di contattarmi prima di arrivare perchè il gps porta altrove. Mi risponde che se abito nel bosco non viene perchè guida un camion e rispondo con allegata mappa di gmaps in street view evidenziando che ci passa agevolmente e che è solo un problema di mappatura del gps. la risposta? Troppe cose che non quadrano lasciamo stare! Forse gli affari vanno troppo bene evidentemente. Ma continuando così non si espandono di certo! Pessima esperienza, sconsigliatissimo! He replies that if I live in the woods he does not come because he drives a truck and I answer with the attached map of gmaps in street view, highlighting that he passes easily and that it is only a GPS mapping problem. the answer? Too many things that don't add up let it be! Maybe business is obviously too good. But by continuing like this they certainly do not expand! Bad experience, highly discouraged!
