★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho installato da qualche mese un inserto Mcz articolo cubo 80, il cui rendimento è più che ottimo, silenziosissimo e con un'ottima estetica.
Inoltre l'installazione è stata eseguita in modo molto professionale e con un personale preparato al meglio.
Soddisfatto al massimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un camino stuv nel 2007 e va ancora benissimo all'epoca era il top di gamma ! Sono passato oggi per chiedere la sostituzione del vetro che si è lesionato per una botta ! Nonostante fossero chiusi al publico ,mi hanno ricevuto chiedendomi i dati e il mio numero dicendomi che dopo il 12 mi avrebbero chiamato per fissare l'intervento sono stato soddisfattissimo quando ho acquistato e molto contento della loro disponibilità di oggi ! Veri professionisti lavorano mettendo al primo posto la soddisfazione del cliente! Potevano benissimo dire siamo chiusi riapriamo il 12 Gennaio invece !!!!
I bought a stuv fireplace in 2007 and it still looks great at the time it was top of the range! I went by today to ask for the replacement of the glass which was damaged by a blow! Although they were closed to the public, they received me asking for my data and my number, telling me that after 12 they would call me to arrange the intervention. I was very satisfied when I purchased and very happy with their availability today! True professionals work with customer satisfaction first! They could very well say we are closed we reopen on January 12th instead !!!!

Ci siamo rivolti a Karma con l'intento di posizionare un inserto nel camino aperto del nostro soggiorno e di sostituire l'ormai datato impianto di condizionamento. Il Sig. Arnaldo ed i suoi collaboratori tutti con capacità, professionalità, serietà, trasparenza, disponibilità ed empatia ci hanno condotto nel percorso dalla scelta dei prodotti sino alla completa realizzazione dei lavori, ivi compresi gli aspetti burocratici, in maniera ineccepibile. La passione evidente espressa nel lavoro associata alla certosina cura dei dettagli, fanno di Karma senza dubbio un'eccellenza.

We approached Karma with the intention of placing an insert in the open fireplace in our living room and replacing the now outdated air conditioning system.
