★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato una stufa a pellet con relativo montaggio, abbiamo deciso dove metterla in casa e fin qui tutto bene. Montata la stufa ci dice che si è "dimenticato" che lui non esegue collegamenti elettrici e che dobbiamo arrangiarci, e quando uno paga 450 euro di posa della stufa, più i soldi per le tubature del camino, non è proprio da "professionisti" dimenticarsi un dettaglio del genere.
La stufa installata doveva essere programmabile, non lo era.
Di conseguenza abbiamo chiesto di portare via il tutto e ripristinare il muro, come da contratto...risultato: alla vigilia di Natale ci troviamo con un bel buco nel muro perchè ci dobbiamo arrangiare con il gesso.

 We ordered a pellet stove with its assembly, we decided where to put it at home and so far so good. Once the stove is in place it tells us that it has "forgotten" that he does not make electrical connections and that we have to make do, and when one pays 450 euros for laying the stove, plus the money for the chimney pipes, it is not really "professionals" to forget a detail like that.
The stove installed had to be programmable, it was not.
Consequently we asked to take away everything and restore the wall, as per contract ... result: on Christmas Eve we find ourselves with a nice hole in the wall because we have to make do with chalk.
