I trainers sono molto preparati e appassionati. Non è la palestra convenzionale, è un luogo dove si respira un ottimo clima ma allo stesso tempo si lavora in maniera intensa. Consigliata vivamente per tutte le età. A clean and scrupulous environment for details that reflects the meticulous attention in following the members. The trainers are very knowledgeable and passionate. It is not the conventional gym, it is a place where you can breathe an excellent climate but at the same time you work intensely. Highly recommended for all ages.

Le persone che ci lavorano dentro sono molto preparate e disposte ad ascoltare. Sono seguita da due anni fa Valentino, il responsabile, e non potevo chiedere di meglio. Ogni allenamento è seguito dall'occhio vigile ed attento di Valentino, quindi non ti senti mai abbandonato a te stesso come può capitare in altre palestre! Dopo poco più di un mese che frequento posso dire di star vedendo i risultati e di sentirmi fisicamente meglio! The gym is treated in detail and always very very clean. Each workout is followed by Valentino's watchful and attentive eye, so you never feel abandoned to yourself as can happen in other gyms! After just over a month of attending I can say that I am seeing results and that I feel physically better!

Non è la classica palestra dove entri e ti senti "smarrito" o dove non sei certa di fare le cose giuste e bene: ecco qui non può accadere. Valentino ha gli occhi anche dietro e se sbagli ti becca! La palestra è una piccola boutique nel quartiere Adriano, si presenta moderna, semplice ed elegante. La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la diligenza con cui vengono puliti e disinfettati gli ambienti,noltre è un ambiente allegro e rilassante.Tutte queste qualità messe insieme ne fanno la mia palestra ideale. Valentino sempre bravo, simpatico e disponibili ,complimenti per come segue gli allievi. Non è grande, ma l'apparecchiatura è elevato livello, l'ambiente è molto bello. Allenamenti completamente personalizzati, che si rinnovano ogni volta adattandosi alle tue esigenze specifiche: soddisfazione over the top!
