Ogni giorno il coach programma una varietà di esercizi molto stimolanti. La cosa sorprendente è che un'ora di allenamento passa velocemente con la soddisfazione di aver raggiunto gli obbiettivi. Gli esercizi sono graduale ed adattati ad ogni persona. Nel mio caso, volevo perdere i grassi localizzati sulla pancia e fianchi e tonificare il corpo. Dopo solo due mesi che mi alleno alla palestra Function Box Gym i risultati si sono subito visti tanto é vero che il mio compagno si é iscritto anche lui per i corsi serali. Well done !!! The exercises are gradual and adapted to each person. In my case, I wanted to lose the fat located on the belly and hips and tone the body.
