★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco questo circolo ormai da molti anni e mi sono trovata sempre bene proprietaria gentile anche la segreteria e il bar.gli istruttori in sala pesi pronti ad aiutarti e consigliarti,come pulizia ok.L'unico tasto dolente non è il personale sono spesso le persone che sono disordinate e non rispettano gli altri.Usano gli attrezzi e quasi sempre non li rimettono apposto e ogni volta bisogna andarli a cercare in giro e non lo trovo giusto.
I have known this club for many years now and I have always had a good time, the secretary and the bar are also kind owner. The instructors in the weight room are ready to help you and advise you, like cleaning ok. that are messy and do not respect others. They use tools and almost always do not put them back in place and every time you have to go and look around and I don't find it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Palestra è un pò "datata" ma grandissima ed il personale gentile e disponibile. Ho provato il corso GAG in questa palestra e mi sono trovata benissimo. L'istruttore si è subito accorto di me e mi ha chiesto se era la prima volta che partecipavo alla sua lezione, la cosa mi ha fatto sentire ben accolta e seguita...durante la lezione ha controllato il mio lavoro dandomi suggerimenti
Gli spogliatoio sono molto spaziosi e puliti , le docce chiuse e spaziose.
Ho provato anche la sauna... piccolina ma molto piacevole.
Un piccolo consiglio: se si usa lo spogliatoio al piano strada portare una felpa ! Infatti c'è poi un corridoio non isolato, comunicante con l'esterno, perciò in inverno, se la sala non è ancora libera, si può sentire un pò freddo mentre si aspetta .
Comunque c'è un altro spogliatoio al piano inferiore che fa accedere alla sala internamente.
The gym is a bit "dated" but very large and the staff are friendly and helpful. I tried the GAG course in this gym and I had a great time. The instructor was immediately aware of me and asked me if it was the first time I attended his lesson, it made me feel well received and followed ... during the lesson he checked my work giving me suggestions
The changing rooms are very spacious and clean, the showers closed and spacious.
I also tried the sauna ... small but very pleasant.
A little advice: if you use the dressing room on the street floor bring a sweatshirt! In fact there is a corridor that is not isolated, communicating with the outside, so in winter, if the room is not yet free, you can feel a little cold while waiting.
However, there is another downstairs dressing room that gives access to the hall internally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotati due campi da tennis a maggio 2022. Il circolo è grande e c'è tutto, ma purtroppo i campi in terra rossa sono tra i peggiori mai trovati a Roma. Buche, righe in rilievo e spaccate, angoli del campo con mucchi di terra, condizioni si cui non si può giocare e diventano pericolose per i movimenti. Visto che non costano poco, magari si può fare manutenzione.
