Da premettere il fatto che se non fosse stato per la ragazza che ci invitava ad andarci non so fino a che punto avrei messo piede lì dentro visto il "personale" che c'era. La ragazza che serviva era annoiata, nemmeno un piccolo sorriso. Faceva veramente andare via la voglia di mangiare lì. Riguardo chi cucina nemmeno un cenno di saluto. E riguardo la cucina per quanto mi riguarda non voglio essere troppo cattivo e quindi mi astengo dalle critiche. I miei amici hanno detto però che i panini erano buoni o comunque mangiabili. A parità di prezzo mangi molto meglio al MC. Ho dato due stelle perché tutto sommato il negozio era pulito. Anche se dopo circa 40 minuti che ci siamo passati di davanti, il nostro tavolo era ancora da sparecchiare. Ma non li biasimo magari avevano tante altre persone da servire.. ma sicuramente tante altre persone non si sarebbero sedute dove ancora c'erano le nostre cose. Spero che mi sono spiegato. Buon lavoro Ragazzi! Il sorriso sulle labbra! Sempre!! It is important to know that I am a type of person who, as such, respect the workers. Whoever they are. To start with the fact that if it hadn't been for the girl who invited us to go there I don't know how far I would have set in there given the "staff" that was there. The girl who served was bored, not even a small smile. It really made the urge to eat there go away. About who cooks not even a nod of greeting. And as for the kitchen, as far as I'm concerned, I don't want to be too bad so I refrain from criticism. My friends said though that the sandwiches were good or otherwise edible. At the same price you eat much better at the MC. I gave two stars because all in all the store was clean. Although after about 40 minutes we passed by, our table still had to be cleared. But I don't blame them maybe they had so many other people to serve .. but surely many other people wouldn't sit where our things were still. I hope I explained myself. Good job Guys! The smile on your lips! Always!!

d	diego tomasello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con sala totalmente vuota a parte noi, porta spalancata ad aspettare chissà chi visto che eravamo in chiusura e una temperatura siderale, il bagno letteralmente improponibile e già bastava per andar via, media spesa più alta (per esempio del vicino phillis) con cibo buono ma poco esaltante (patatine per esempio che dovrebbero essere buone ovunque dal retrogusto dubbio), chiedo un cambio tra maionese e senape e il cuoco (ignorandone il sapore) annega il panino nella stessa uccidendo la mia cena, una vera tristezza i bicchieri semi vuoti, vuoi darmi meno bibita ? Mettila in un bicchiere più piccolo, metti dentro un po' di ghiaccio non essere così sfacciato ...quanto costerà in fondo 20cl in più ??? scelte aziendali...del cz aggiungerei ma scelte sono...tralascio il disgusto per la "musica" napolecana che veniva dalla cucina, cantata dal vivo a sovrastare il già così-così canale televisivo con musica pseudo spagnola...esperienza non felice. With a totally empty room apart from us, the door is wide open to wait who knows who since we were closing and a sidereal temperature, the bathroom literally impossible and it was already enough to go away, higher average expenditure (for example of the nearby phillis) with good food but not very exciting (fries for example that should be good everywhere with a doubtful aftertaste), I ask for a change between mayonnaise and mustard and the cook (ignoring the flavor) drowns the sandwich in it killing my dinner, a real sadness the semi-empty glasses, you want give me less drink? Put it in a smaller glass, put some ice in it, don't be so cheeky ... how much more will it cost 20cl more ??? business choices ... I would add cz but choices are ... I leave out the disgust for the Neapolitan "music" that came from the kitchen, sung live to dominate the already so-so TV channel with pseudo Spanish music ... not happy experience .

Nonostante la buona volontà e le promesse della promoter all'ingresso (riutilizzata come cameriera e tuttofare) siamo stati serviti dopo 30 minuti ( è una tavola calda in fondo, all'interno di un centro commerciale non un ristorante!!!), La pasta era scotta e il sugo pessimo ( altro che piatti espressi), i filetti di pollo (o meglio gli straccetti viste le dimensioni) erano passati in una insipida pastella e mollicci. Inoltre invece di due a testa ne hanno serviti 1 e mezzo (cioè tre divisi in due). La ragazza alla cassa é molto disorganizzata ( non aveva il resto di 20€ alle 14!!!! E se venivo alle 12?) Chissà perché non si appunta le bibite ordinate e continua a girare per i tavoli a chiedere, perché ovviamente le dimentica. Il personale non indossa alcuna divisa e nella cucina si nota chiaramente che regna il caos. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Ci sono altri locali migliori a Etnapolis, compreso (e siamo all'assurdo) il McDonald's We tried it enticed by the billboards but we will never return. Despite the good will and promises of the promoter at the entrance (reused as a waitress and handyman) we were served after 30 minutes (it's a hot table at the bottom, inside a shopping center not a restaurant !!!), Pasta it was overcooked and the bad sauce (other than express dishes), the chicken fillets (or rather the strips because of the size) were passed in a bland batter and soggy. Furthermore, instead of two each they served 1 and a half (i.e. three divided in two). The girl at the checkout is very disorganized (she did not have the rest of 20 € at 2pm !!!! . The staff does not wear any uniform and in the kitchen you can clearly see that chaos reigns. Absolutely not recommended. There are other better places in Etnapolis, including (and we are absurd) McDonald's

Da segnalare un leggero odore sgradevole proveniente della cucina, ma nulla di grave. Abbiamo preso dei menù con panino patatine e bibita. Il manzo aveva un deciso odore di salmone, sicuramente condividono la stessa piastra sia per il salmone (uno dei panini é a base di salmone) che per la carne. La cosa non era affatto gradevole. Io ho preso il panino con il pollo fritto, che risultava abbastanza buono, salvo per i pollo stesso, non molto saporito, ma tuttosommato andava bene! Pessime erano le fritture. Forse l'olio era freddo, le patatine sembravano lesse ed intrise di olio dal retrogusto rancido. Non erano affatto buone e da un posto del genere ci si aspetta fritture di prima qualità. Il servizio é estremamente lento. Le birre erano spillate molto male, erano sgasate. I panini sono comunque ben serviti ed i prezzi nella media. Con qualche euro in più si mangia nel locale concorrente di fronte, consiglio questa seconda opzione. Unfortunately my experience was generally negative. The place is nice, small but welcoming. To report a slight unpleasant smell from the kitchen, but nothing serious. We took menus with sandwiches, fries and a drink. The beef had a distinct salmon smell, they certainly share the same plate for both the salmon (one of the sandwiches is salmon based) and the meat. This was not pleasant at all. I got the fried chicken sandwich, which was pretty good, except for the chicken itself, not very tasty, but all in all it was fine! The fries were bad. Perhaps the oil was cold, the chips seemed boiled and soaked in oil with a rancid aftertaste. They weren't good at all and one would expect top quality fried food from such a place. The service is extremely slow. The beers were very badly tapped, they were out of gas. The sandwiches are however well served and the prices average. With a few euros more you can eat in the competitor restaurant opposite, I recommend this second option.
