★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo un amatore della ceramica di Caltagirone, sono un cliente abituale del negozio da diverso tempo, In quel negozio ho comprato tantissimi oggetti . Ieri entro in negozio (pieno di clienti) per comprare un oggetto esposto, vado per prenderlo e portarlo alla cassa per pagare. Il titolare, per nulla educato e cafone, urla davanti a tutti, rimproverandomi di non potermi permettere di toccare le cose. Premetto che per me era stato un gesto automatico e scontato (prendo una cosa e la porto in cassa per pagarla), ma semmai avessi sbagliato, detto in maniera educata ed opportuna, mi sarei assolutamente scusato. E invece continuava ad inveire, “strappandomi” letteralmente l’oggetto dalle mani . Probabilmente sbagliando, ho acquistato comunque il prodotto , nonostante in cassa il titolare continua a dirmi che “io non mi devo permettere di toccare nulla e CA NON SUGNU A ME CASA. Avrei potuto reagire e fare una bella scenata ma in modo educato sono rimasto in silenzio ho comprato ,ringraziato e salutato e sono andato via ma nulla da togliere che questa persona così cafona e maleducato non mi vedrà MAI PIÙ nel suo negozio, e con me MI AUGURO tutte le persone che erano presenti!
Being a lover of Caltagirone ceramics, I have been a regular customer of the shop for some time, In that shop I bought many objects. Yesterday I go into the shop (full of customers) to buy an object on display, I go to take it and take it to the cashier to pay. The owner, not at all polite and boorish, yells in front of everyone, reproaching me for not being able to allow me to touch things. I state that for me it was an automatic and obvious gesture (I take something and bring it to the cashier to pay for it), but if I ever made a mistake, said in a polite and timely manner, I would have absolutely apologized. And instead he continued to rant, literally "tearing" the object from my hands. Probably wrong, I bought the product anyway, despite the fact that the owner keeps telling me at the checkout that “I don't have to allow myself to touch anything and CA DON'T SUGNU A ME HOME. I could have reacted and made a good scene but in a polite way I remained silent I bought, thanked and said goodbye and went away but nothing to take away that this person so boorish and rude will NEVER see me in his shop, and with me MI WISH all the people who were present!
