Abbiamo preso un caffè e due gelati al banco,io messo davanti al bancone aspettavo che qualcuno mi dicesse qualcosa ma nulla come se non ci fosse nessuno.
Ho dovuto dire io dopo 5 minuti se per favore mi poteva fare sto benedetto caffè!
Direi ai proprietari di fare alcune modifiche al personale e parlo dei due banconisti e prometto che darò le 5 stelle meritate.

We had a coffee and two ice creams at the counter, I put in front of the counter waiting for someone to tell me something but nothing as if there was no one.
I had to tell me after 5 minutes if you could please make me am blessed coffee!
I would tell the owners to make some changes to the staff and I talk to the two counter staff and I promise that I will give the 5 stars they deserve.
