La spedizione intanto non è stata consegnata nei termini previsti e dal momento che impiega 3 giorni dalla sede di Piacenza a quella di Frosinone è ovvio che non potrà essere consegnata entro i 2 giorni lavorativi come promesso dal mittente. La spedizione conteneva dei fermenti, che per l'amor di Dio, viaggiando 5 giorni quanto vivi vogliamo che siano all'arrivo!?(sebbene la valida confezione della parafarmacia). Il punto è per quale ragione i vostri corrieri non riescono ad individuare il numero civico di un Residence ben visibile all'entrata di una città. Mi dicono dal vostro call centre che dovevo inserire il nome! Perché? Ma c'è un numero ben visibile fuori dal cancello e l'indirizzo scritto correttamente, interno e destinatario, tutto! EPPURE! Consegnato in ritardo da parte vostra il prodotto non é stato possibile spedirlo poi a sua volta in tempo, pertanto una cosa importante non mi può essere recapitata nei prossimi 2 mesi... Figuriamoci! Vi ringrazio vivamente per il disservizio offerto. Peccato che il vicino lo ha preso, altrimenti avremmo rifiutato la consegna di sicuro! Avvisata tramite email della consegna in giornata, non mi muovo da casa attenta ad ogni passaggio di auto. Nulla. Stasera mi arriva una email della GLS Frosinone con la quale mi comunicano di non aver potuto effettuare la consegna per l'assenza del destinatario. E la stessa identica cosa è accaduta tempo fa, con la stessa compagnia. Errare humanum est, perseverare diabolicum. Sono stato dirottato alla sede di Cassino..e poi a quella di destinazione. Cioe'Napoli. Risultato..poca professionalita', scarso rendimento del corriere finale. E per finire piccolo pacco di appena 100 gr..quasi smarrito..e poi consegnato do due settimane. Per la modica cifra di 13.90..e destinazione di soli..90 km .circa. Ed ora addirittura sembra che chiedono altri soldi per giacenza. Assolutamente disdicevole. Servitevi di altri corrieri..molto piu efficienti. Solo un mio modesto parere. Non si è visto e non si è sentito nessuno. Ora il pacco lo stanno riportando al mittente. Il giorno dopo mi arriva il messaggio che il pacco si trovava al deposito di Frosinone e io sarei dovuta andare a prenderlo... Ma siamo fuori? E i corriere che ci stanno a fare... Troppo semplice così... Se non sono in grado di lavorare cambiassero mestiere Bad experience with GLS ... Un pacco che tra l'altro si trovava a Frosinone dopo 12h dalla spedizione. Se volete elargire dei servizi dovete avere i corrieri a disposizione sul territorio e una logistica all'altezza!! Da quanto letto anche nelle altre recensioni, siete carenti davvero in tutto!! Esperienza assolutamente negativa. Service not up to being associated with an express courier.
