Mancanza di professionalità, etica, rapporto, non esiste un punto di contatto telefonico, mail, la totale assenza di assistenza nonché di trasparenza. Esitano le consegne con "impossibilità per assenza destinatario" senza fare fare prima una chiamata e soprattutto senza lasciare l'apposita cartolina per riprogrammare la consegna o andare a ritirare in posta il pacco. In pratica non te lo consegnano e non ti danno nessun modo di recuperarlo. Appongono firme laddove invece non è avvenuta nessuna consegna e chi più ne ha più ne metta. Semplicemente io mi vergognerei di lavorare in questo modo. 1 star because there is no less. I think whoever runs this service should be ashamed. Siamo dovuti andare alla ricerca del pacco dopo aver visto sul tracking un tentativo di consegna, che in realtà non era mai stato effettuato. Rintracciato l'autista, gli abbiamo dato tutte le indicazioni per la consegna (peraltro già ben chiare sul tagliando applicato al pacco) ed ha comunque sbagliato strada. Alla fine è arrivato e ha lasciato il pacco per terra, sul marciapiede davanti al portone, senza aspettare che io scendessi a prenderlo. Bad service. Per la seconda volta la merce non è stata consegnata. Cosa più grave è che nonostante abbiamo aspettato per l’intera giornata il corriere e non è mai arrivato, non ha mai chiamato ne risposto al nostro tentativo di contatto. Oltre il danno anche la beffa nel tracciare il pacco viene riportato “assenza del destinatario” … cosa non vera e strumentale ad un malfunzionamento del servizio che si è ripetuto. Dispiace che un brand come SDA sia nelle mani di un’agenzia locale per nulla professionale… a dir poco! Per diverse consegne dirottate attraverso questo corriere ho avuto problemi di trasparenza. Il corriere riporta "cliente assente" senza verificare effettivamente la presenza . Questo si è ripetuto per più volte su una stessa consegna, non mi è mai capitata una situazione di disagio di questo tipo. Mettersi in contatto con la sede è praticamente impossibile. Nelle mie prossime spedizioni o consegne mi accerterò che SDA sia escluso, non meritano purtroppo neanche una stella. I don't often write reviews but this courier lacks professionalism and ethics. For several deliveries diverted through this courier I have had transparency problems. The courier reports "absent customer" without actually verifying the presence. This has been repeated several times on the same delivery, a situation of discomfort of this type has never occurred to me. Getting in touch with the office is practically impossible. In my next shipments or deliveries I will make sure that SDA is excluded, unfortunately they do not deserve even a star.

Da poco è cambiato e sono 2 giorni che un mio pacco risulta "in consegna" ma della consegna nemmeno l'ombra. Mai successo con il corriere precedente, se era in consegna passava a qualsiasi ora, anche se se si faceva tardi gli dicevamo di non passare. Credo che i cambiamenti, se vanno fatti, devono avere lo scopo di migliorare il servizio non di peggiorarlo... intanto che io aspetto il pacco, i miei clienti aspettano la loro merce!
