★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio poco efficiente. Mai avuto problemi con gli altri corrieri, solo i corrieri DHL non chiamano i clienti quando non trovano l'indirizzo. Al prossimo acquisto mi faccio specificare preventivamente quale correre utilizzano per la spedizione.
Inefficient service. Never had problems with other couriers, only DHL couriers don't call customers when they don't find the address. At the next purchase I will specify in advance which run they use for shipping.

To ship a package of 1,711 kg. in Palinuro (a well-known tourist resort) they asked me for € 27 because it is a disadvantaged place. I went to send it with the Italian Post Office € 9.

Per quanto riguarda la gestione amministrativa è pessima... sto aspettando da 27 giorni un rimborso di 76,00€ per una spedizione rifiutata. Ma arriverà questo rimborso chissà??
Availability, kindness, professionalism of Ferentino's staff, excellent service, prices too high for international shipments. As for the administrative management it is very bad ... I have been waiting for 27 days for a refund of € 76.00 for a refused shipment. But will this refund arrive who knows?
