Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer kompetent behilflich.
Wer in der Ferienwohnung einen Wasserkocher, Toaster oder Kosmetikspiegel vermisst, muss diese von zu Hause mitbringen.
 Recommended Residenza Nouméa, right by the sea!
The landlords are very nice and always competent to help.
If you miss a kettle, toaster or make-up mirror in the holiday apartment, you have to bring them with you from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schön aber teuer, beim CheckOut wollte man uns noch 4€ für die Benutzung der Klimaanlage verrechnen, welche wir allerdings nie benutzt haben
Nice but expensive, at the check out they wanted to charge us 4 € for the use of the air conditioning, which we never used

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Lage! Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand (man muss nur die Strandpromenade überqueren).
Die Apartments sind relativ neu und bieten ausreichend Platz.
WLAN und Klimaanlage waren bei uns kostenpflichtig - sollte bei dem Preis meiner Meinung nach inklusive sein.
Restaurants und Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Great location! Apartment directly on the beach (you just have to cross the beach promenade).
The apartments are relatively new and offer enough space.
WiFi and air conditioning were chargeable for us - should be included in the price in my opinion.
Restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Nice apartment house right on the beach ... not exactly cheap ... air conditioning extra..WIFI extra ... should be included in the price ... otherwise quite a nice apartment
