★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un angezia molto molto arroganti e scostumati la signora ha aggredito me e mio marito con la bimba di 6 mesi cacciandoci via urlandoci contro dicendo male parole e mi sono davvero molto spaventata ...il motivo? Perché? Perché abbiamo fatto domande per informaci meglio sull'appartamento che volevamo affittare e si vede che nn le potevamo fare.
 A very very arrogant and disgruntled angezia the lady attacked me and my husband with the 6 month old girl chasing us away screaming at us saying bad words and I was really very scared ... the reason? Why? Because we asked questions to inform us better about the apartment we wanted to rent and it is clear that we couldn't do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo Damen und Herren. Das Villa war an sich selber nicht schlecht ! Aber die Mitarbeiter/in waren voll fräch und nicht freundlich! Wir haben 90 Euro für endreinigung bezahlt und 200 Euro Kaution am Schluß hieß das wir das Haus nicht geputzt hatten und 50 Euro von Kaution abgezogen ! Also 140 Euro endreinigung !!!

Hello ladies and gentlemen. The villa wasn't bad in itself! But the staff were very cheerful and not friendly! We paid 90 euros for final cleaning and a 200 euros deposit at the end meant that we hadn't cleaned the house and 50 euros were deducted from the deposit! So 140 euros final cleaning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir buchen eigentlich fast jedes Jahr über "Agenzia-Gulliver" unseren Lignano Urlaub. Wir hatten nie Problem. Die Preise für die Ferienwohnungen sind top, das Personal war immer freundlich und als wir zu früh ankamen, bekamen wir dennoch direkt unsere Schlüssel (ist nicht überall selbstverständlich). Ich kenne die Agentur noch als Kind, da meine Eltern ihre Lignano Urlaube bereits hier gebucht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
We actually book our Lignano vacation almost every year through "Agenzia-Gulliver". We never had a problem. The prices for the apartments are great, the staff was always friendly and when we arrived too early, we got our keys straight away (not a matter of course everywhere). I know the agency as a child because my parents have already booked their Lignano holidays here. We'd love to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren total begeistert vom Ausblick der Wohnung. War wieder alles bestens wie jedes Jahr, alle Mitarbeiter der Agentur super nett, aber leider hatten wir heuer keine Deutschen Sender, das war nicht so gut. Aber ich hoffe bis nächstes Jahr gibt es wieder welche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
We were absolutely thrilled with the view of the apartment. Everything was as good as every year, all of the agency's employees were super nice, but unfortunately we didn't have any German channels this year, that wasn't so good. But I hope there will be some again by next year. We would love to come back.

L'appartamento molto spazioso e molto pulito, da apprezzare. I mobili un po datati, ma è cosi dappertutto, comunque in buono stato e funzionali, cucina ben attrezzata. Davvero utile aria condizionata e parcheggio coperto.
Positive experience, we will be back.
The apartment is very spacious and very clean, to be appreciated. The furniture is a little dated, but it is so everywhere, in any case in good condition and functional, well equipped kitchen. Really useful air conditioning and covered parking.

Purtroppo l'appartamento era nelle condizioni originarie degli anni 60, con prese che si staccavano dai muri, bagno vecchissimo e poco igienico, mobili rotti (cassettiera con cassetti impossibili da aprire, pena caduta). Tanica dell'aria condizionata da svuotare ogni mattina nella doccia. Persino i cuscini del letto erano sporchi e rotti. Non torneremo più con questa agenzia, in quanto il costo dell'appartamento non era assolutamente in linea con l'offerta e l'onestà passa anche da questo.
Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the apartment was in the original condition of the 60s, with sockets that detached from the walls, very old and unhygienic bathroom, broken furniture (chest of drawers with drawers impossible to open, otherwise it would be worthwhile). Air conditioning tank to be emptied every morning in the shower. Even the pillows on the bed were dirty and broken. We will no longer return with this agency, as the cost of the apartment was absolutely not in line with the offer and honesty also passes by this.
