Io l'ho trovata grazie a loro, anche piuttosto in fretta perché hanno capito ciò che mi interessava. In più mi hanno seguita anche dopo il compromesso e fino al rogito, con serietà e grande competenza aiutandomi a reperire tutti i documenti che ancora mancavano. Sono soddisfattissima dell'immobile che ho comprato e si sa quanto il settore sia preda di gente anche poco seria, improvvisata per cui fidatevi di loro!!!

Qui ho trovato trasparenza e onestà che da sole valgono il punteggio massimo. Metteteci anche la giusta professionalità e il gioco è fatto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi compra casa vede sempre come un costo “eccessivo” l’agenzia. Per questo raramente si sentono pareri positivi in merito agli agenti immobiliari.
La SOLARI REAL ESTATE SRLS affiliata FRIMM però fa eccezione, davvero. Lo Staff, guidato dal gentilissimo Sig. Enrico, ci ha assistito nell'acquisto di casa nostra. Ci ha consigliato – e molto bene – fin dalle primissime fasi dell’offerta, fornendoci consigli e assistendoci al fine di ottenere il miglior prezzo possibile. Anche nelle successive fasi Enrico Solari e la sua squadra sono stati impagabili, consigliandoci per altri professionisti, come il notaio.
La consigliamo vivamente! È uno di quei casi nel quale l’agente non si limita a far incontrare le parti per poi intascare la commissione e quindi fregarsene, ma ti segue in ogni minimo passaggio della compravendita, dalla prima visita al rogito.

He advised us - and very well - from the very early stages of the offer, providing us with advice and assisting us in order to obtain the best possible price. Also in the subsequent phases Enrico Solari and his team were invaluable, advising us for other professionals, such as the notary.
We highly recommend it! It is one of those cases in which the agent does not just make the parties meet and then pocket the commission and therefore not care, but follows you in every single step of the sale, from the first visit to the deed.
