A parte questo, la signora non l'ho trovata neanche simpatica. Un consiglio: se non avete abiti come richiesti dalle clienti, sarebbe più carino dirlo e basta, senza inventarsi scuse come quella detta a me. In questo modo avete perso una probabile cliente.
To a 54-year-old lady who asks for trousers with a colored jacket, she cannot be told that the color is not appropriate given her age. Ladies, dress only in black. Apart from that, I didn't even find the lady nice. A tip: if you do not have clothes as requested by the customers, it would be nicer to just say it, without inventing excuses like the one told to me. By doing this, you have lost a probable customer.
