1a visita: saltata per il solo SOSPETTO di coronavirus.
Senza neanche aspettare l'esito del tampone la segreteria ha deciso unilateralmente di annullare.
2a visita: la segreteria commette errori nello scrivere l'appuntamento e la visita salta. Per ovviare basterebbe inviare un reminder al paziente (cosa che fanno tutti gli specialisti seri).
Ovviamente se si vuole prenotare un'altra visita bisognerà aspettare altri 2 mesi.
La verità è che questi specialisti sono una macchina da soldi e di conseguenza il paziente passa in secondo piano.

The truth is that these specialists are a money machine and consequently the patient takes a back seat.
