★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Mi hanno spillato 200 euro (dei quali aspetto ancora fattura) come acconto per le loro prestazioni, peccato che il loro consulente, A.D. L'unico con cui ho interagito, ha millantato dei servizi e un'efficienza che non si sono mai visti: Ha millantato che mi avrebbero proposto immobili secondo i requisiti da me indicati, ma questo non è mai avvenuto; ha millantato schede dettagliate sugli immobili ai quali fossi interessato e anche questo non è mai avvenuto; ha millantato professionalità e anche questa non si è mai vista (un consulente che ti fa perdere degli appuntamenti perché non legge la mail, non è professionale). Pertanto vi sconsiglio vivamente di affidarvi a questa società nella vostra ricerca. MEGLIO SOLI CHE MALE ACCOMPAGNATI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono il signor Iacono Marco, ho comprato un appartamento tramite aste Re. L'esperienza non è stata positiva per diversi motivi ma voglio citare solo quelli che secondo me sono stati i più deficitari: prezzo di commissione ingiustificato in base ai servizi offerti. Ben 6500 euro all'agenzia oltre 2200 euro per la consulenza del loro broker. Tot 8.700€
Il secondo motivo è stato quello di aver quasi perso l'immobile; soltanto la clemenza del giudice che ha dato una proroga di ulteriori 30 giorni oltre ai 120 di legge, mi hanno salvato da una catastrofe.
Con questa mia recensione non voglio scoraggiare nessuno ad approcciarsi alle aste, anzi, si possono fare dei veri affari.
Il messaggio che voglio trasmettere è quello di prendere le giuste informazioni, percorrendo la strada da soli(si può fare in tutta serenità), tenendo in banca dei soldi che potrebbero essere usati per altri scopi(notaio, ristrutturazione o acquisto mobili).
Spero che questa recensione, non offensiva, possa esservi stata utile.

The experience was not positive for several reasons but I want to mention only those that in my opinion were the most deficient: unjustified commission price based on the services offered. 6500 euros to the agency over 2200 euros for the advice of their broker. The second reason was to have almost lost the property; only the clemency of the judge who gave an extension of an additional 30 days in addition to the 120 of the law, saved me from a catastrophe.
With this review of mine I don't want to discourage anyone from approaching auctions, on the contrary, you can get real bargains.
The message I want to convey is to get the right information, walking the road alone (you can do it in all serenity), keeping money in the bank that could be used for other purposes (notary, renovation or furniture purchase).
