Al reparto scarpe abbiamo aspettato un commesso 10 minuti, visto che stavano chiacchierando tra loro e nessuno veniva, abbiamo fatto da soli e alla fine quando avevamo gia trovato numero e misurato è arrivata una ragazza che sbruffando ha detto; 'questa gente è buona solo a mettere sotto sopra' ,riferito al caos che reganva, ma che evidente era dovuto alla mancata presenza del personale,ma al quale noi non avevamo contribuito.
