Dopo essere stato cliente storico, dove ho portato Fior fiori di soldini, sono stato letteralmente maltrattato l 8 marzo solo per essermi permesso di chiedere la consegna di ben 3 confezioni di fiori da 30 euro l'una, volendo pagare anche il servizio. La persona pelata addetto alla cassa con un modo poco educato, alzando la voce per farsi il bello, forse davanti alle colleghe, mi ha letteralmente detto di andar via!! Detto ciò non mi vedrete, ne personalmente ne la mia famiglia, più spendere un centesimo. Premettendo che in passato mi sono anche trovato bene, altrimenti non ci sarei andato almeno una decina di volte all anno per varie ricorrenze, ma se le persone non sanno cosa vuol dire educazione e tatto non possono essere messe a contatto con le persone Ps. In risposta alla sua risposta... I modi I modi i modi... Nessuno voleva scavalcare, ma modi, il tono di voce alto stizzito e senza alcun motivo, se non riesce a stare a contatto con le persone e a subire lo stress del commercio si faccia cambiare mansione... RIPETO I MODI!! Bad experience ... A	Angelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza... Per causa COVID abbiamo dovuto cambiare data del matrimonio e visto che il fioraio non era più disponibile siamo stati costretti a disdire. Avevamo dato 300€ di caparra. Non ho avuto problemi con nessun fornitore, anzi sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Ma qui, evidentemente, non funziona così. Sembrava che eravamo noi in errore, visto che avevamo chiesto se fosse stato possibile avere almeno libretti messa e ventagli per la chiesa, oppure qualche altra cosa. Con molta fatica ed alcuni diverbi, visto che per loro non era possibile restituire la caparra (che noi non avevamo mai chiesto indietro) ci eravamo messi d'accordo che facevano almeno libretti messa e ventagli. Neanche a parlarne. Libretti messa di una miseria incredibile e ventagli che si rompevano appena li aprivi. La professionalità di un negozio si vede soprattutto da come tratta la sua clientela aldilà del denaro. 300€ euro per voi non erano assolutamente niente. Potevate invece trattare meglio i vostri clienti, visto che vi scelgono in mezzo a tanti. Bad experience ... Due to COVID we had to change the wedding date and since the florist was no longer available we were forced to cancel. We had given a € 300 deposit. I didn't have any problems with any supplier, in fact they were very helpful and kind. But here, obviously, it doesn't work like that. It seemed that we were wrong, since we had asked if it was possible to have at least mass booklets and fans for the church, or something else. With a lot of effort and some arguments, since it was not possible for them to return the deposit (which we had never asked for back) we agreed that they made at least mass booklets and fans. Not even talking about it. Mass booklets of incredible misery and fans that broke as soon as you opened them. The professionalism of a shop can be seen above all in the way it treats its customers beyond money. € 300 for you was absolutely nothing. Instead, you could have treated your customers better, since they choose you among many.

Amazing service, they even delivered me back to the port with my flowers which was a lovely gesture. If I am back in Stabia I will definitely use again.
