S	Stefania Ferraro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un ordine ieri con consegna stamattina alle 8.00 ad ora ancora non ho ricevuto gli ordini, ho chiamato per sapere a che punto fossero nemmeno mi chiedono gli indirizzi di consegna per verificare che mi rispondono "stanno arrivando" vado da vicino a parlare e vengo trattata male perché "orientativamente stanno arrivando" nemmeno si sono sprecati a chiamare chi effettua le consegne e al mio "potevate almeno avvisare" mi è stato risposto in malo modo "che loro non sono tenuti a farlo" avviso che avrei aspettato mezz'ora poi annullavo l'ordine mi è stato detto " può annularlo anche ora" io non so se è normale trattare così i clienti. Non solo sono stata accusare di urlare quando poi non era vero!!! MAI MAI PIÙ. I placed an order yesterday with delivery this morning at 8.00 and now I still haven't received the orders, I called to find out at what point they were not even asking me for delivery addresses to check that they answer "they are coming" I go close to talk and I come treated badly because "as a matter of fact they are coming" they didn't even bother to call those who make the deliveries and to my "could you at least warn" I was told badly "that they are not required to do so" notice that I would have waited half an hour then I canceled the order and was told "you can cancel it now" I don't know if it's normal to treat customers like this. Ritengo Vittorio molto bravo e professionale,non me ne vogliano gli altri, ma ha una brillantezza nel preparare i bouquet di fiori che essenzialmente è unica nel suo genere. Complimenti per tùtto e grazie a te le nostre ricorrenze p eventi sono sempre più brillanti perché godono del tuo tocco di classe . Io vivo a Napoli da tanti anni e venire in questo punto vendita non mi pesa affatto perché qui trovo sempre quello che voglio. Racconto la mia esperienza per farvi capire meglio. Stamani mi presento in negozio e richiedo cortesemente 10 COCCARDE di quelle che si realizzano tirando semplicemente il nastro...al momento del pagamento la commessa chiede il prezzo al proprietario (suppongo) dopo attimi di silenzi e mai esplicitato apertamente il prezzo (immagino abbiano comunicato tramite gesti a mia insaputa) mi dice che il prezzo complessivo è di 20 € ovvero 2€ a coccarda. Ora va bene il sovrapprezzo per guadagnarci ma addirittura farmi pagare 1.50€ in più su ogni coccarda semplicemente per scarsa simpatia non mi sembra giusto. Purtroppo mi son trovata un questo negozio perché ho dovuto....evitate di commettere questo errore! Prezzi esageratissimi e persone poco corrette !!!!. Ed io penso che l'onestà sia tutto, sopratutto verso i clienti. Vi allego di seguito le coccarde che mi sono state vendute a 2€ l'una, giudicate voi se è corretto tale prezzo! And I think honesty is everything, especially towards customers. I am attaching below the rosettes that were sold to me for € 2 each, judge for yourself if this price is correct!
