Scelti in anticipo materiali per arredo bagno la venditrice non ha ascoltato le nostre esigenze sbagliando il (costoso) mobile bagno e senza offrire soluzioni alternative. Fornita vasca idro con doccino assurdo diverso dalle foto. Fornite piastrelle bagno con colore fughe scoordinato. Promessa di visita sul posto mai mantenuta. Tutto arrivato con estremo ritardo,
Forse vanno bene se hai già esperienza ed idee chiare, con noi han fatto un mordi e fuggi vergognoso lavandosene le mani (se non ci fosse stato il general contractor in mezzo ed i casini per i bonus avremmo fermato tutto e contestato).
Mai più.
Definitely bad experience. Choosing the bathroom furniture materials in advance, the seller did not listen to our needs by making the wrong (expensive) bathroom furniture and without offering alternative solutions. Provided hydro bath with shower absurd different from the photos. Provide bathroom tiles with uncoordinated grout color. Promise to visit on site never kept. All arrived very late,
Maybe they are okay if you already have experience and clear ideas, with us they made a shameful hit and run by washing their hands (if it hadn't been for the general contractor in the middle and the mess for the bonuses we would have stopped everything and contested).
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo il negozio i prezzi per i privati mi sembrano un pò troppo alti però il personale a volte se si ha fortuna è gentile e disponibile ti suggerisce e ti da buoni consigli sa cosa vende e ti suggerisce il giusto prodotto che fa al caso tuo. Lo reputo un buon negozio per acquistare materiale idraulico.
