★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto bello, i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono molto bravi. Il prodotto è di qualità, lo consiglio a chi ha un Po di conoscenza e certezze su quello che cerca perché si hanno dei problema se hai bisogno di cambiare la merce, in poche parole non è previsto il reso, quindi se un prodotto non va bene, per qualche motivo ti tocca tenertelo, oppure pagare per farlo tornare indietro in azienda. Quindi certezze su quello che acquisti. Per il resto personale bravo che ti saprà sicuramente consigliare. Nota dolente il tempo d'attesa della merce. Ma se avrete tempo da aspettare va benissimo .

Di Domenica pomeriggio...capisco sia un giorno difficile e non ci sia voglia di essere al lavorare....ma i clienti vanno comunque seguiti.
Volevamo acquistare un mobile bagno visto sul sito....
Una volta entrati.... negozio vuoto....e tutti e due i commessi dietro il bancone e farsi i propri affari (cellulare).
Al momento di servirci il ragazzo... discretamente svogliato ha dato info sbagliate....dicendoci che avevano solo un modello di misura inferiore a 90cm (poi girando ne abbiamo visto un altro).
A questo punto passata la voglia di spendere li i nostri soldi ...abbiamo salutato e siamo usciti.....o ordineremo online.....o acquistermo in altra marca/negozio.
Peccato ....persa una vendita da 350€

On Sunday afternoon ... I understand it is a difficult day and there is no desire to be at work .... but customers must still be followed.
We wanted to buy a bathroom cabinet seen on the site ....
Once inside .... empty shop .... and both shop assistants behind the counter and doing their own business (cell phone).
At the time of serving us the boy ... discreetly listless gave wrong info .... telling us that they only had a model of less than 90cm (then turning we saw another).
At this point the desire to spend our money passed ... we said goodbye and went out ..... or we will order online ..... or we will buy in another brand / shop.
Too bad .... lost a 350 € sale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato qualche giorno fa per la prima volta e cercavo un prodotto specifico per rifare tutto il pavimento ma sono rimasto esterrefatto dalla supponenza e dalla pochissima voglia di fare del commesso che oltre a risultare
stucchevole per i 5 minuti che sono rimasto dentro si e fatto gli affari suoi con il negozio completamente vuoto..ho salutato e me ne sono andato !
pazzesco visto pure il periodo che stiamo vivendo..
Ovviamente ho speso i miei soldi da un'altra parte.
Non c'è mai una seconda occasione per fare una buona prima impressione !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero un bel negozio, tutto predisposto bene, in ordine e pulito soprattutto.
Ero andato per vedere delle piastrelle per esterni, e devo dire che l'assortimento era piuttosto vasto, ad illustrarmi tutto è stato un ragazzo a mia opinione molto ben preparato e anche disponibile. È stata la mia prima volta lì dentro e missa' che non sarà neanche l'ultima.
A really nice shop, all well arranged, tidy and clean above all.
I went to see some outdoor tiles, and I must say that the assortment was quite vast, to explain everything to me was a guy who in my opinion was very well prepared and also helpful. It was my first time in there and missy it won't be the last either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio, spazioso, ordinato nella mostra e pulito, con possibilita' di mantenere il distanziamento. Per il momento ho ricevuto una piccola fornitura di piastrelle, soddisfatta per qualita' della merce (e colore...) e tempi di consegna, addirittura prima del previsto, buono il prezzo. Buona organizzazione online, in negozio, al telefono e del personale. Ho avuto occasione di essere assistita da tre differenti addetti, sia al telefono che di persona: illustrano i prodotti, stampano documenti, preventivi e schede techiche e ti seguono fino alla consegna. Mi hanno assistito con pazienza e dovizia di informazioni; Andrea, Mattia e Michele...se non sbaglio i nomi...: a quest'ultimo va un ringraziamento speciale per la simpatia e professionalita'. Ma anche ai suoi colleghi. Tornero' per altri acquisti.
Nice shop, spacious, tidy in the exhibition and clean, with the possibility of keeping the distance. For the moment I have received a small supply of tiles, satisfied with the quality of the goods (and color ...) and delivery times, even earlier than expected, the price is good. Good organization online, in-store, on the phone and staff. I had the opportunity to be assisted by three different employees, both on the phone and in person: they illustrate the products, print documents, estimates and technical sheets and follow you up to delivery. They assisted me with patience and a wealth of information; Andrea, Mattia and Michele ... if I am not mistaken the names ...: a special thanks goes to the latter for his sympathy and professionalism. But also to his colleagues. I'll be back for other purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver ordinato e pagato delle piastrelle ci arrivano (in ritardo), le vado a ritirare e al momento del montaggio, il giorno dopo,il piastrellista mi avvisa che solo le prime confezioni erano corrette, mentre il restante erano di un colore opposto.. chiamo chiedendo che venissero a ritirarle per il cambio e mi sento dire che dovevo arrangiamri io per il reso o le avrebbero considerate accettate. Mi riindicano il tempo di attesa di altri 40 giorni o di andare a prendermele a spese mie ad un negozio a 60 km. Pur di non ritardare ancora il lavoro con il piastrellista mi sono trovato a dover accettare la proposta.
Consiglio di non fare il pagamento anticipato perché i servizio clienti, di questa sede, nonostante sia una grande catena è inesistente!

I call asking that they come to collect them for the change and I am told that I had to arrange the return or they would have considered them accepted. They tell me the waiting time of another 40 days or to go and get them at my expense from a shop 60 km away. In order not to delay the work with the tiler yet, I found myself having to accept the proposal.
I recommend not paying in advance because the customer service of this location, despite being a large chain, is non-existent!
