Gli ho fornito certificato medico, come da loro richiesto, per poi dirmi a ridosso dell'inizio della fisioterapia che non potevano perché fuori convenzione. Cose che potevano dirmi subito. Naturalmente tanto di cappello per i volontari. Bad. I needed transportation for my mother. Si rivela IMPOSSIBILE nonostante acceda da almeno una settimana appena riaprono le liste per la prenotazione, così che dopo aver letto sul sito della misericordia che in caso di necessità si può chiamare perché possono prenotarlo loro decido di chiamare e sentire (spiegando la situazione) se fosse possibile, di tutta risposta mi dicono che l'unico modo è quello attraverso il sito della regione. Adesso. O ci siete o ci fate, se date la disponibilità ad aiutare in caso di necessità scrivendo a chiare lettere che potete prenotare voi non capisco perché una volta chiamati ringambate dicendo di arrangiarsi sul sito regionale. Mettetevi d'accordo. Vi ringrazio, farò 2 ore a piedi con un neonato per arrivare alla misericordia di Firenze Nord sita all'isolotto.
