Beim Auspacken ist mir bereits aufgefallen, dass das Etikett von der Jacke abgetrennt war. Da mir die Jacke zu groß war, musste ich diese leider wieder zurücksenden. Nun möchte man mir seit mehreren Monaten den Kaufpreis nicht zurück erstatten, da ich angeblich das Etikett entfernt habe. Was natürlich nicht der Fall war, da das Etikett bei Ankunft bereits lose war. Nach mehreren Wochen wurde mir die Jacke kommentarlos zurück gesendet, obwohl ich diese innerhalb der Frist und makellos zurück gesendet habe. Das Unternehmen zeigt sich trotz Einschaltung des Europäischen Verbraucherschutzes nicht einsichtig. Von Kulanz und Kundenzufriedenheit hat das Unternehmen noch nie etwas gehört. Hier werde ich definitiv nichts mehr kaufen! Last autumn I ordered a jacket worth about 600 euros from the online shop. As soon as I unpacked it, I noticed that the label was detached from the jacket. Unfortunately, the jacket was too big for me, so I had to return it. They have not wanted to give me a refund for several months now because I allegedly removed the tag. Which of course wasn't the case as the label was already loose when it arrived. After several weeks, the jacket was sent back to me without comment, although I sent it back within the deadline and in perfect condition. Despite the involvement of European consumer protection, the company does not show understanding. The company has never heard of goodwill or customer satisfaction. I will definitely not buy anything here again!
F	Francesca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA POSITIVA.Nonostante un disguido iniziale per l’acquisto, sullo shop online, di un paio di scarpe che dapprima erano disponibili e quindi ho proseguito nell’acquisto e poi email dell’ordine cancellato per l’indisponibilità a magazzino dell’articolo…customer service dell’azienda, per avere una spiegazione, efficiente, gentile e disponibile. Ma vi dirò di più, dopo aver chiesto spiegazione del perché il mio ordine era stato cancellato e soprattutto perché immediatamente dopo l’articolo era nuovamente disponibile, ho richiesto al customer service se effettivamente le scarpe fossero nuovamente disponibili. Tramite email mi hanno dato conferma della nuova disponibilità con allegato il link su cui potevo procedere al nuovo acquisto. Insomma tutto questo preambolo per dire della mia esperienza positiva(era la prima volta che facevo un acquisto su questo sito!) soprattutto per la celerità di spedizione dell’articolo il giorno immediatamente successivo all’ordine e per il packaging attento ai dettagli proprio come se l’avessi acquistato in negozio!!!!??
