Una bella fregatura. I bought a mask that was passed off as excellent but it is old to the point that the plastic has become sticky due to deterioration and I was also told that a discount would be applied and instead by checking I discovered that I paid the full price. A nice rip off.

Il titolare, credo, estremamente maleducato. Poi non accetta pagamento elettronico sostenendo che la linea è lenta. In realtà accetta solo contante chiaramente per altri motivi, perché rifiuta ogni pagamento elettronico. Tra tutti i noleggi della zona è assolutamente da evitare. Preferisco fare slittino con un sacco della spazzatura piuttosto che noleggiare materiale da sci in un posto così, con personale di un'arroganza INAUDITA Hahaha ... p	paol vicini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho avuto a che fare in mattinata con un signore piu anziano che chiamarlo scortese è un ' eufemismo , ho noleggiato sci e scarponi gli attacchi non erano per nulla calibrati bene e cadendo mi sono fatto molto male . la storia del bancomat che non funziona l'ho sentita anch'io , Salvo solo il ragazzo giovane che ho incontrato alla fine della mia disastrosa giornata prima del pronto soccorso . il motto è se sei anziano e non hai piu voglia è meglio che ti ritiri dagli affari . I had to deal in the morning with an older gentleman who calling him rude is an understatement, I rented skis and boots, the bindings were not calibrated well at all and I hurt myself a lot when I fell. I heard the story of the ATM not working too, except for the young guy I met at the end of my disastrous day before the emergency room. the motto is if you are old and you no longer feel like it, you better retire from business.

Sono tornata subito in negozio chiedendo se l’avessero trovata e il signore più anziano (non so se sia il titolare) ha iniziato ad infierire contro di noi dicendo che loro dovevano lavorare e non potevano stare a cercare la mia maschera. Come se non fossi una cliente come gli altri. Impazientito ha continuato dicendo che doveva prima finire di ritirare la roba dalle altre persone. Gli ho chiesto se potevo lasciargli il numero così, nel caso la trovassero, mi contattavano. Lui risponde dicendo “non mi lasci proprio niente”. Oltretutto, pensando di essere anche simpatico, ha detto: “adesso vammi a fare anche te una recensione con una stella dicendo che sono un vecchio arrogante”. Io ero veramente allibita da questo comportamento. in conclusione PESSIMO! Questa gente non dovrebbero lavorare a contatto con le persone! I hired skis and helmets from them, unfortunately when it was time to hand over everything I forgot the mask attached to the helmet. These people shouldn't work in contact with people!
