A	Andrea Venturi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercoledì 29/12/21 telefono alla scuola di sci per prenotare una lezione per 3 bambini per il giorno 30 Hanno risposto che era disponibile solo il corso collettivo delle 11, chiedo se era possibile dare il nominativi dei bambini, la loro risposta è stata no perché non c’è problema per domani voi arrivate alle 10 e iniziate il corso alle 11 Il giorno seguente partiamo con le tre famiglie arriviamo al passo del Lupo alle 10:10 e la scuola sci ci comunicano che il corso è pieno e non ci sono maestri liberi immaginate la delusione dei bambini e la rabbia di noi genitori Io non vero sicuramente più nelle vostre scuole Wednesday 29/12/21 I call the ski school to book a lesson for 3 children for day 30 They replied that only the group course at 11 was available, I asked if it was possible to give the names of the children, their answer was no because there is no problem for tomorrow you arrive at 10 and start the course at 11 The following day we leave with the three families we arrive at the Passo del Lupo at 10:10 and the ski school inform us that the course is full and there are no free instructors imagine the disappointment of the children and the anger of us parents I'm certainly not true anymore in your schools
c	cristina ferrari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio bimbo di 5 anni si è divertito un sacco al baby park, anche se non c'era tanta neve. Noi siamo stati al sole in pieno relax. Personale carinissimo e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente con piacere. My 5 year old son had a lot of fun at the baby park, even if there was not a lot of snow. We have been in the sun in complete relaxation. Staff cute and helpful. We will definitely come back with pleasure.

The individual lessons must be booked online at least 2 days in advance, the group ones also on the spot. Instructors careful but be prepared for a discreet queue. Prices online.

I had an excellent individual ski instructor with whom I discovered a beautiful location that I did not know and who gave me important tips to perfect my style.

Small groups and a patient teacher, Marco. 5/5 to him for taking the effort to repeat everything in English even though I was the only non-Italian member speaker of the group. Minus one star to the school for the messy booking system. Only one cashier and a lot of things to figure out meant we stood in line for almost 20 minutes even though there was only two people ahead of us. When booking we were told they could not guarantee a group with an English speaking teacher, but to instead book a group any group, then convert it to an individual lesson if no English speaking teacher was available. When the time came, we were told all individual lessons were already booked. Luckily, an English speaking teacher (again, Macro, 5/5) ended up being available, but otherwise it could've ended up being a bad first day.
