Non basta vendere prodotti costosi per potersi elevare così in alto rispetto a noi comuni mortali! Bad saleswoman, arrogant know-it-all and treats you with disdain! La proprietà una grandissima maleducata!!!!! ogni donna quando entra in una profumeria dovrebbe sentirsi coccolata...altroché !!!! Mi sono sentita aggredita ed offesa da una donna che con tono arrogante mi rispondeva come se le avessi fatto chissà quale torto!!!! Le ho semplicemente chiesto di farmi provare sulla pelle un profumo di Montale dato che in precedenza ne avevo acquistato uno che non era abbastanza persistente per i miei gusti!!!!!! Ha iniziato a dirmi che era impossibile che evidentemente non sapevo indossare i profumi...che vanno nebulizzati in aria e non sulla pelle ...tutto questo con toni alquanto alterati! !!!!!!! Le ho risposto che dopo 17 anni di commessa in profumeria so distinguere la persistenza tra una nota e l'altra e che avrei valutato se acquistarla o meno dopo averne testato la persistenza sulla mia pelle !!!!! A quel punto ha continuato con le sue polemiche perché a detta sua non c'era bisogno di pensarci o ti piace o non ti piace !!!!!! Me ne sono andata dicendole che era stata una grandissima maleducata Sconsigliatissimooooooooooo A star because there is no zero !!!!!!!! I felt attacked and offended by a woman who answered me with an arrogant tone as if I had done who knows what wrong !!!! I simply asked her to let me try a Montale perfume on my skin as I had previously bought one that wasn't persistent enough for my taste !!!!!! He began to tell me that it was impossible that obviously I did not know how to wear perfumes ... which must be sprayed in the air and not on the skin ... all this with somewhat altered tones! !!!!!!! I replied that after 17 years of contract in perfumery I know how to distinguish persistence between one note and another and that I would have evaluated whether to buy it or not after having tested its persistence on my skin !!!!! At that point he continued with his controversy because according to him there was no need to think about it or you like it or you don't like it !!!!!! Oltre ad avermi fatto pagare un profumo 70€ in più del prezzo di vendita che si trova su internet o in altre profumerie prestigiose (cosa che ho avuto modo di verificare dopo l’acquisto) con la scusa che i prezzi ultimamente sono aumentati, la persona che ci lavora è di una prepotenza, maleducazione e di un’arroganza vergognosa. Sicuramente non ci tornerò mai più! Terrible experience !!! In addition to making me pay a perfume 70 € more than the sale price found on the internet or in other prestigious perfumeries (which I was able to verify after the purchase) with the excuse that prices have recently increased, the person who works there is of arrogance, rudeness and shameful arrogance. I will certainly never go back!
D	Desiree Bellini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa arrogante e maleducata. Probabilmente la titolare visto la sicurezza con cui cerca di infastidire ed offendere la clientela. Mi chiedo come certa gente abbia un lavoro a contatto con la gente se non sà nemmeno cosa sia l educazione. Entriamo in questa profumeria per provare un profumo di cui abbiamo sentito parlare e non sapendo la vasta scelta di quest ultimo chiediamo informazioni. La prima risposta è negativa dicendoci che il profumo non c'è e che gli sarebbe arrivato in settimana. Peccato che dopo 10 secondi ad una nostra educata richiesta di provarne anche solo uno (perché presenti sopra il tavolo principale del negozio) , la commessa comincia a farne uscire uno dietro l altro facendoceli provare con i classici campioncini. Ahimè, non essendo del settore e non essendo un intenditore , cosa che ci puo stare visto che non devi avere una laurea o cose simili per andare a prendere un profumo con tutto il rispetto di 80 euro (poco piu poco meno), la commessa ha cominciato con fare maleducato e al limite dell arroganza a fare leva sul fatto che non stavamo appoggiando i campioncini nel punto giusto insistendo che gli stavamo scombinando il tutto. Infastiditi e esterefatti dal modo ce ne siamo andati, purtroppo e con molto dispiacere, senza controbattere ad una persona che potrebbe essere una mamma o una nonna. Forse, il nostro non rispondere come avremmo voluto era dovuto a questo. Chissà. Comunque........ Sconsigliatissimo. (ps:è stata la mia prima recensione di sempre). Ma molto molto voluta e sentita.
