Ciabatte fatte male e dolorose portate il giorno dopo e nemmeno le hanno accettate. Posso capire non darmi i soldi indietro ma almeno dammi l'opportunità di spenderli poi nel negozio!

Badly made and painful slippers worn the next day and they didn't even accept them. I can understand don't give me the money back but at least give me the opportunity to spend it later in the shop!
