Premetto (e mi scuso per non averlo fatto prima) che il personale in negozio è stato estremamente carino, gentile e disponibile.
Spero sia la politica aziendale.
Indipendentemente dal fatto che nessuno penso venga multato per aver scoperto un secondo il naso per annusare qualcosa esistono escamotages per rendere completamente legale la cosa (tipo offrire un bicchiere d'acqua).
È no. Purtroppo (per me, i prodotti sono buonissimi) non tornerò. Mi rivolgerò piuttosto alle attività che mi hanno consentito di provare i loro prodotti nella maniera adeguata.
Grazie dell'interesse e per la professionalità.

I state (and I apologize for not doing it sooner) that the staff in the shop were extremely nice, kind and helpful.
I hope it is company policy.
Regardless of the fact that I think no one is fined for discovering a second nose to smell something, there are tricks to make it completely legal (like offering a glass of water).
And no. Unfortunately (for me, the products are very good) I will not return. I will rather turn to businesses that have allowed me to try their products properly.

Prodotti fatti con amore e con grande creatività. Tutto quello che vi serve per la cura della persona e per godervi una bagno o una doccia fuori dal comune.
Non abbiate timore di chiedere allo staff, gentilissimo, preparato e super energico.

On the first floor of the Le Befane shopping center in Rimini you will find this small shop, almost anonymous compared to the large shops that surround it, but if you get closer you will discover a colorful and fragrant world. Products made with love and with great creativity. Everything you need for personal care and to enjoy an uncommon bath or shower.
Don't be afraid to ask the staff, very kind, prepared and super energetic.

Tutti prodotti non testati sugli animali! Proprio come dovrebbe essere sempre! Abbiamo comprato tantissimi prodotti e ci torneremo presto!

Abbiamo acquistato shampoo solido, gel doccia scrub, gel capelli, prime per capelli, una crema corpo solida e un cofanetto. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro. Super consigliato.
Lovely place! The girls were super courteous and kind, they were with us for half an hour to explain all the products suitable for us for hair and skin. We purchased solid shampoo, scrub shower gel, hair gel, hair primer, solid body cream and a box set. We will definitely be back. Super recommended.

They barely pay attention to the customer
I had these two girls ask me the same thing in about 3 minutes and then the 3rd employee comes and asks me the same thing
Without considering personal space
Please be more trained to fit the customer, rather than get offended that I know the products and know what I am looking for
