★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi alle 13;15!mi sono recata nel punto vendita.come io e mia figlia siamo entrate e abbiamo chiesto informazioni su un capo,la commessa di turno ci ha accolte con molta arroganza!!!a quel punto abbiamo fatto un giro nel punto vendita,come siamo uscite all'interno oltre alla commessa c'era un'altra cliente.mi sono rivolta alla commessa facendole notare il suo comportamento..!la commessa ancora più arrogante mi ha risposto con molta maleducazione.!!!che gente come me non dovevano neppure entrare in negozio!!!non mi era mai capitato di essere trattata in questo modo...!!!mai più entrerò se il servizio ricevuto è di questi livelli!!la commessa ha bisogno di una buona educazione e umiltà!!!
Today at 13; 15! I went to the store. As my daughter and I entered and asked for information about a garment, the saleswoman on duty greeted us with a lot of arrogance !!! at which point we walked around the point sales, as we went out inside in addition to the saleswoman there was another customer.I turned to the saleswoman pointing out her behavior ..! the even more arrogant saleswoman replied with a lot of rudeness. !!! what people like I didn't even have to go into the shop !!! I never had to be treated like this ... !!! I will never go in again if the service received is of this level !! the saleswoman needs a good education and humility !!!

Personale attento e molto cortese. Alla fine ho comprato una borsa per un regalo ad una mia amica e la commessa è stata molto paziente e gentile nel consigliarmi. Esperienza positiva. Lo consiglio!
I entered this shop attracted by the windows. Nice shop in the mall with various brands and a beautiful and well-kept display. Prices perhaps a bit high. Attentive and very courteous staff. In the end I bought a bag for a gift for a friend of mine and the saleswoman was very patient and kind in giving me advice. Positive experience. I advise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato a fine febbraio piumino colmar lilla,che avevo visto e di cui mi ero "innamorata "...devo ringraziare per la loro estrema gentilezza e cortesia le commesse Roberta e Martina.
Non è l'unico acquisto che ho fatto, mi sono sempre trovata bene nei negozi Fabbri di Rimini e Savignano,ma questa volta sono state entrambe veramente carine.
Raccomandatissimo
At the end of February I bought a lilac colmar duvet, which I had seen and had "fallen in love" with ... I have to thank the sales assistants Roberta and Martina for their extreme kindness and courtesy.
It is not the only purchase I have made, I have always felt comfortable in the Fabbri shops in Rimini and Savignano, but this time they were both really nice.

Ho regalato ad un'amica un articolo a 60 euro per Natale. Aveva un mese di tempo per riportarla indietro. La cintura era piccola serviva una taglia in più che non c'era. Per il cambio invece che far pagare a prezzi scontati la merce, sono stati raddoppiati di prezzo. La mia amica ha dovuto pagare un articolo scontato a prezzo intero!!!!!!
INACCETTABILE E MAI VISTO!!!!
Sconsiglio anche di non chiedere mai alle commesse il prezzo delle borse in alto nello scaffale perché vi verrà detto che il prezzo è quello che si vede. Cordialità allo stato puro!
Vedo che è da 2 anni che scrivete che migliorerete il personale.. ma la situazione non mi sembra mutata!
Chiederò sicuramente delucidazioni alla guardia di finanza.
The shop is nice if it weren't for the fact that the orders are very arrogant and abrupt.
I gave a friend an article for 60 euros for Christmas. He had a month to bring her back. The belt was small you needed an extra size that wasn't there.
