Old hotel, gives you a fancy 80s feeling, but in a good way. Very clean and comfy. Staff is extra friendly and helpful. You can eat at the hotel restaurant and snack bar all day - different menu based on the time of the day. They have a pool and a private beach where you can pay for sunbeds or choose to just swim without any fee. It is pretty close to restaurants and nice landscaped. Offers good price shuttle to Catania daily or tours to Etna and other places. All in all a very nice place to spend a relaxing couple of days.

The Four Points Catania is a very nice hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is quite nice, not far from Catania city, and not that far from the castle at Aci Castello. It has its own beach and a nice pool. What is a little strange is that they charge for the beds at the pool, something i never saw at a hotel before. The restaurant has nice local specials. It has a parking which is pricey at 16 euro per night, but it is a covered guarded parking with friendly attendants who will park your car for you. They also provide a bus service to downtown Catania. This is the 5th time we went to this hotel, as it's location and staff are excellent. It is the place we stay when we travel to Catania

We stayed at this hotel twice and liked it. This used to be a Sheraton and the facilities are a bit dated. But the value for money is quite good and it has a nice 80's/90's charm to it. Most rooms have nice views of the sea and there are good restaurants in walking distance. Staff are friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, no suite upgrades were available on either stay, and the pool closes in mid October. But apart from that all good.

First time out of the country.. I was there from 4/9 to 5/6/2022 on military duty. Great view ocean view from room balcony. Certain channels on my tv kept going in and out due to loss of signal. That was annoying. I didnt complain bc I thought thats how it was in Italy. And didn't wanna give off the stereo type of being spoiled even though we are. Cleaning service was great. Mini bar was great. I wish they had the same outlets as the bathroom. The outlet converter i had only fit the bathroom. Not sure if it was my phone or the internet service but it was very slow/sporadic. They have a spa, restaurant, working center, pool, and tennis court. And front desk staff were eye candy for sure.

this hotel does not deserve 4 stars.. the rooms are very old, dirty and very bad maintained. the breakfast is 16€ and the food is very low quality and there are not a lot of options. there is black mold in the shower. the airconditioning isnt working… its very noisy from workmen from the room below us please save yourself the hassle and book another hotel

The most abysmal hotel I have ever stayed in. Hotel room was tiny, bathroom doesn't fit anyone bigger than 5ft, the plugs for devices wouldn't work unless I turned on the lights and would have to sleep with lights on to have the tv on or charge devices the breakfast is a overpriced joke. The worst part is that since I booked for February it's considered "cold season" so the air condition can only be turned on heat with no option to regulate it to the temperature of your liking (even though description shows AC), I ended up waking up at 3am sweating and needing to shower to cool down. I decided to cut my 4 night stay short on the first night and cancelled and demanded a refund so I can find another hotel. They would not refund me for the first night even though I pretty much would have rather slept on the road for free if I knew the quality of this so called "4star" hotel. Being I then had to book a hotel on same day for the next few days I ended up paying double the price of initial budget, which is why I insisted I needed full refund, which they would not give me. Considering I needed to cancel, as I could not stay another night in what I can only describe as a 1900s hotel, the staff started treating me like trash and kicked me out before even being able to book the next hotel. Needless to stay anyone wanting a comfortable (let alone 4 star expectation) holiday shouldn't step foot in this joke of a hotel.

Had an awesome time here with Richard Graves, the Facilitator of CREDO. Meditation, relaxation and communication sessions were great! This getaway was a Personal Resiliency Retreat and was definitely needed! The meals were great and delicious, breakfast lunch and dinner. Beds were comfy as well. And service was great!
