4 Spa Resort Hotel

I am staying at 4 spa hotel at the moment. The staff is good and the people at the reception are very helpful. The breakfast is not good at all,you need to wait for the staff to bring some food for at least 10 mins and to get other things you need to wait another 10 mins. The rooms are big and clean but we arrived Sunday and since than they are working in the rooms from 09.00 till 16.00 and lot of noise that you cannot rest or stay in the room plus lot of dust on the floor. Behind our room there are 2 big dogs that they start to bark late at nigh and from 6.00 am so you need to wake up because you cannot sleep anymore. The hotel is super clean.

Very professional and comfortable hotel. Despite the fact that in our room was a WiFi problem, they did everything to solve it at the best way and very pleasant way! The taxi to the city are very expensive, so better come with a rent car. The spa at the hotel impressive and relaxing, must. Recommend this hotel :)

Firstly, my boyfriend and I arrive at the hotel after a very long day at work and receive very judgmental looks from the staff because we weren't dressed as fancy as the rest of the guests were. After check in we get to our room and the room is amazing. A very large room with a balcony and enormous bathroom. We leave our things in the room and go to the bar by the pool. Again we aren't dressed as nice as the rest of the guests, so once again we receive disgusted looks from the staff and they sat us away from all of the other guests in pool chairs. We did not even receive any attention from the waiters. We literally had to walk up to one to place an order even after trying to wave them down numerous times. After drinks I went back to the room to shower. After about 5 to 10 minutes of a shower I exit to see my entire room is flooded with water. Not just the bathroom. Water had seeped through the seals in the wall and flooded my room. Upon calling reception and the desk manager coming to the room I was greeted with a laugh from the flooding and he got the janitor and then both started laughing at the mess and were speaking in Italian so I could not understand, but I did. They were saying that I was a stupid American whole flooded the room. We were quickly moved rooms. When the deal manager showed us to our room it was an absolute downgrade! The room we were given after the accident was small, the bathroom was like a hole in the wall, the bedroom had barely any room to walk around, there was no balcony just a small window. This service was the absolute worst I have ever received at a hotel and I know at other hotels I would have received much better service! I recommend this hotel if you are Italian or you dress fancier. But if you are an American who doesn't necessarily dress amazing then this is not the place for you and I can recommend much better places. The next day at the spa I paid for a private spa for 2 hours and a couples massage. Once stepping foot into the spa, again with the judgmental stares. We were in line to check in and the desk service people helped the people behind us first because we were Americans and not dressed amazingly. Once we were serviced we were taken to a public locker room and told we did not pay for the private spa or massages. I asked for my money back and was told that the price i paid was just for the public spa, which is a lie. I really hate this hotel and i would never come back.

Fantastic room comfy bed and great bathroom, food in the restaurant was delicious and staff was friendly and knowledgeable

Good breakfast and extremely good pizzeria. Staff are all very friendly and able to accommodate to English speakers well. Room and outdoor swimming pool are both fairly large and very clean. The hotel is about an hour and 15 minute walk to the centre of Catania. Only issues were that both the gym and indoor swimming pool were closed when we arrived, without any prior notification. There was also no price list for the 2 small water bottles in the fridge, they seemed like they were a welcome gift but we're actually €3 each! Apart from that very nice stay, thank you for having us!

Nice hotel to stay in Catania, good breakfast! The rooms are new, and spacious!

Nice view from hotel and good dinner, rooms are large, that is the end of the positives. We found the staff unfriendly, bed extremely uncomfortable such that we didn't sleep well at all. Disappointing to say the least.

A lovely Hotel, where the staff were really lovely and helpful. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant which is open most of the time and the food was tasty and well priced. The breakfast was adequate and plentiful.
