★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool santuary - Good unobtruesive service. Access to private pier over rocky seashore for beech for sea or sun bathing. Extensive although unvarying breakfast menu. Lively surroundings in the evenings when the locals fill the streets. Plenty of authentic restaurants. Healthy half hour walk to city centre or 18Euro cab ride in 10 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the hotel, the windows in the room overlooked the supermarket, so I slept peacefully, there was no noise. Breakfasts were great. The staff was polite and always helped me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great position and comfortable room despite the fact that it shows its age. What we really didn't like was how we were welcome, or should I say unwelcomed, by the receptionist behind the desk. She was rude and unprofessional, treating us with superiority and unpleasent manners. The rest of the staff at the hotel was nice and professional, from the cleaning ladies to the people working at the pool and the beach.
If we ever decided to come back I would never want to deal with the same entitled receptionist again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location with a beautiful view of the sea.The breakfast was much more then I was expecting. There are some really restaurants in the neighbourhood and some with sea view. The pool and private beach was really nice treated. The staff was really helpful and speak English. The hotel is clean and we had a really great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel in Catania. The position is great, rigth in front of the sea. Near the hotel you can find everything: bar, restaurant, supermarket, atm, Tabasco’s all in 200 meters from the hotel.
I really felt at home here.
My room was number 210 and I had the luck to meet signora Serafina, she is fantastic and gave me lots of advices.
Every time I’ll be in Catania I’ll come back in this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the period from July 27 to August 10, 2020 we were guests at hotel Nettuno. My wife and I found the hotel's hospitality to be very good. The staff (such as the reception, the employees at breakfast, the cleaning ladies, the employees at the pool) went out of their way to make us feel at home (in this Corona time). They were always ready to answer questions and offer assistance. Every day our room was cleaned well and provided with fresh towels etc. In short, we are very satisfied with Hotel Nettuno and wish the employees all the best!
