★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione CLIENTI: Prima dicono che stampare una foto costa 90 centesimi (Con tanto di listino inoltrato dal negozio) poi 1 foto 13x18 viene a costare 2,40€ per l'apertura file. Ma perchè così poco... potevate mettere anche 10 euro di apertura file ? Non è il prezzo è la presa in giro che da fastidio al cliente. A me non è cambiato molto. Un invito alla trasparenza nei vostri listini visto che sono stati chiesti prima. Anche perchè ho altre 620 foto da stampare a breve. Ma vista la serietà non da voi. Saluti
 Attention CUSTOMERS: First they say that printing a photo costs 90 cents (complete with a price list sent by the shop) then 1 photo 13x18 costs € 2.40 to open the file. But why so little ... you could also put 10 euro of file opening? It is not the price, it is the mockery that bothers the customer. Not much has changed for me. An invitation to transparency in your price lists since they have been requested before. Also because I have another 620 photos to print shortly. But given the seriousness not from you. Regards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per stampare un foglio A4 hanno chiesto 1.25 di cui 25 cent per fare la stampa (in bianco e nero, nulla di particolare) e 1 euro per stampare da chiavetta. Una ladrata vera e propria.
To print an A4 sheet they asked for 1.25 of which 25 cents to do the printing (in black and white, nothing special) and 1 euro to print from the stick. A real steal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza questa estate, l'addetto telefonicamente mi aveva detto di avere ricariche Polaroid, arrivato subito là aveva solo ricariche per le Instax e mi è parso ignorasse la differenza fra Polaroid e Instax, tutto tollerabile, ma non se sei un fotografo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gran servizio,ho ordinato un cuscino con la foto del cane di una mia amica,doveva avere la stampa solo su un fronte ma hanno avuto un imprevisto e ritardato la consegna,per cui l'hanno stampato su entrambi i lati e me l'hanno consegnato.Bellissimo,cortesi, e professionali,la mia amica, persona molto esigente e complicata, sembrerebbe felice! grazie.
A great service, I ordered a pillow with a friend's dog's photo, it was supposed to have the print only on one front but they had an unexpected and delayed delivery, so they printed it on both sides and me it. very beautiful, courteous, and professional, my friend, a very demanding and complicated person, would seem happy! thank you.

Ho pagato 5 fotocopie 7€! Per di più una fotocopia era in più e a cosa fatta, senza nemmeno chiedermi, me le ha fatte fronte retro (cosa che io non volevo) e senza riadattare il pdf alla pagina, quindi mi sono venute minuscole.
Se lo avessi saputo prima non ci sarei mai stata.
Bad experience and embarrassing prices.
I paid 5 photocopies € 7! What's more, a photocopy was extra and when he did, without even asking me, he made them front and back for me (which I didn't want) and without readjusting the pdf to the page, so they came out in tiny letters.
If I had known this before I would never have been there.
