Domande legittime poste con gentilezza riguardo prezzi e modalità di un servizio da organizzare sono state risposte con stizza e presunzione, al punto che il signore mi ha fatto notare quanto per lui fosse un fastidio trovare del tempo per un servizio fotografico di famiglia quando, e quoto, "aveva già altro da fare". Io avevo solo chiesto la differenza tra un servizio in studio o uno in trasferta a casa mia., e mi fu risposto che se lo chiedevo per risparmiare 10 euro preferiva non farlo.
Non credo sia il modo di trattare un cliente che sta cercando di organizzarsi. Peccato davvero, soprattutto per la sgarbatezza. Imparare un po' di educazione non guasterebbe.
I felt really abused. Legitimate questions posed with kindness regarding prices and methods of a service to be organized have been answered with anger and presumption, to the point that the gentleman pointed out to me how much it was annoying for him to find time for a family photo shoot when, and how much , "he already had other things to do". I had only asked for the difference between a studio service or a business trip to my home. And I was told that if I asked for it to save 10 euros, he preferred not to.
I don't think it's the way to treat a client who is trying to get organized. Too bad really, especially for the rudeness. Learning a little education wouldn't hurt.
