M	Mauro De Stefanis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio un ordine oggi alle 15 per una consegna alle 19,30 della pizzeria GIÀ LA PIZZA. Alle 20 mi arriva il messaggio che l’ordine è stato consegnato, ma della pizza nessuna traccia, chiamo immediatamente la pizzeria e mi dicono che sono in ritardo e tra 15/20 minuti mandano il corriere, faccio presente che per ForToGo la consegna è stata effettuata ma per loro non ci sono problemi. Aspetto invano ma alle 20,45 richiamo la pizzeria e mi viene detto che il corriere era venuto ma non avendo trovato le pizze pronte era andato via e sarebbe ripassato tra 10 minuti, ma le pizze stavano uscendo, a questo però faccio presente che se mi dovevano portare le pizze fatte mezz’ora prima non le volevo.... Alla fine il tutto arriva alle 21,17 ed il corriere mi indica che la pizzeria per scusarsi mi ha aggiunto dei fritti alle patatine che avevo ordinato nell’ordine. IN CONCLUSIONE Le pizze erano leggermente tiepide ed i fritti gelati. VERGOGNOSO.... I place an order today at 3pm for a 7.30pm delivery from the pizzeria ALREADY LA PIZZA. Vergognosi!! Google Maps trova correttamente l'indirizzo, non vi inventate balle!!! Gli altri servizi con i corrieri arrivano sempre correttamente!! E non pioveva 4 giorni fa quando ho fatto l'ordine con i 30 minuti di ritardo!!! Siete pure bugiardi oltretutto!! R	Rosaria Calaresu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace per le attività che si appoggiano a questa piattaforma perché perdono clienti per colpa dei rider; ragazzi pessimi nel comportamento, redarguire il cliente per una mancanza che è la consegna del resto non è modo di fare; ho studiato e conosco il mondo della ristorazione, so bene che "se un cliente lo tratti nelle dovute maniere, ti lascia sia il resto che la mancia aggiuntiva" non potete a prescindere tenervi o fare tante storie per rendere il resto ai clienti, questo si chiama appropriazione indebita o estorsione. Consiglio vivamente alle aziende di ristrorazione di trovare un'altra piattaforma e ai rider di fare un po' di scuola di educazione.
